We cater for many different activities on our tours although most involve water! With basking sharks and seals all our encounters use snorkelling techniques, which can range from beginner surface observations to breath hold free-diving. For those with little to no experience we can offer snorkel courses which give dedicated tuition. These are a great way to increase your skills before coming on a tour with us, ensuring you gain the maximum enjoyment.
For advanced snorkellers or free-divers with good apnea skills we run dedicated advanced tours visiting challenging locations and sites. These are held at specific times of year and have minimum skill set requirements. Please contact us for details.
Wild swimmers enjoy the range of locations and opportunities on our tours, whether it be islands in the Hebrides, glacial lagoons in Iceland or orca in Norway. Swimming itineraries can be arranged for swimming groups and we host a number every year.
We undertake scuba dives on our longer tours, usually in the evening whilst out in the islands so as not to impact the rest of the tour. We also run trips for scuba divers - please see our dedicated dive page for more details: Dive Oban & Argyll.
For those who don't want to get in the water, you can get a little closer whilst staying dry in our transportable kayaks - great for exploring the islands in some of our fantastic locations!
